Hi all, I've been recommended this forum.

I've been very stupid with gambling the past year and it's been putting a lot of strain on me with finances and relationships.

 

Decided to get help and I've installed Gamban on my phone which I know will help. 

 

Hopefully this will help me to make better decisions.

Thank you for your sharing.

I use to think that I must have been stupid while I was gambling, no I was just emotionally vulnerable. 

Being in the recovery program I would learn how to live my life with out wanting or neeeding to gamble.

I could not have healthy relationships all the time I was lying to my self and to people who trusted me.

How ever I learned that being in recovery meetings was much healthier than causing my self pains gambling.

You installed Gamban on your phone which is a very healthy thing to do.

For me being in the recovery program I got to be amuch healthier person.

For me being in the recovery program helped me to make better decisions or should I say much healthier choices.

Just for today I do not want or need to gamble or to hurt my self.
