Hi there i am new to gamcare always on the look out to hear how others are coping with and recovering from gambling addiction. I have been a member of gamblers anonymous for 23 years and have not gambled since 2000.I am open minded to all forms and processes of recovery. For me ga and total abstinence works, The greatest identification i can give any one is that every time i got beat gambling , my head would tell me it would be different the next time. This is the lie of addiction.Life is so much easier to live today and i live without fear the only thing i cannot do today is gamble.
