just a bit about myself! Ive just self excluded from two online  sites that i signed upto just over a month ago after a year free of gambling! I previously have had problems with online slots games since around 2018 before that I didn’t go on any of these sites. Basically I’ve lost control again and ended up loosing loads of money which I am hiding from family and i feel so stupid I hate how it takes over! Having to call my bank and ask for time to pay of overdrawn money. Anyway now I can’t play I feel irritable so and so ashamed of what I’ve done AGAIN .
If anyone going through similar situation I would love to talk.

Hello. I'm also new here. I've been gambling again for over a year and have lost so much money because of it. Hi hope you’re ok, it sounds as though your in a similar situation has me, have you stopped gambling again now? Is it online you gamble I have managed to self exclude again otherwise I would just lose more i can’t understand why it’s like it takes over your brain ? hope you can give up again if you haven’t yet it’s good to be able to talk to someone who’s also going through same thing.

i would say it occurs everytime I get payed and see my direct debits go out for loans I had taken out for gambling. I get head loss from this which makes me gamble to try and earn back what I took out in loans. Obviously this is never the case as I never know when to stop so never win.Â
I have fully opened up now to my partner who has full control of my finances. I know this would happen again if I had access to my bank account or funds so it sadly is the only option.
