I am a long time gambling addict. I have been here a couple of times over the years.
i dread to think the amount I’ve gambled its got to be in the hundreds of thousands! And it’s the most vicious cycle.
I have been living like this for the last few years.
i self excluded Tuesday. I’m only on day 3 and I’ve cried all day. I feel so overwhelmed! I feel absolutely disgusted with myself at what I’ve lost and carrying a lot of shame!
