so I was 270 odd days clean in march and then was a month clean in April and after that around 2 and half weeks had a bet and yesterday I decided to have a bet great win 150 go to the next place put 30 in wow win again 200 odd go do a bit of shopping wow amazing go to another bookies win wow amazing then come home relax with freind for a bit then I think am bared from all my local bookmakers and night time casinos so get the last train to the next town 20 mins away to gamble I end up loosing £1500 and had to get a taxi home more money gambling had ruined my life and course to meany mistakes I just want stop all together and thats it I can tell you it gets me really down loosing money but am on day 1 of no gambling again
