Only lasted 6 days. I gambled online last night and feel quite low this morning. I have reached my overdraft limit so i have no money left. Cant believe ive done it again. Why? I tried to put a deposit limit after £200 but the site had no facilities for this so i emailed them several times. By the time they got the message it was £2,000 to late!! I am starting again. Cannot spend anymore as bank will defo not allow . I will beat this

You are asking for change without making changes. Where are your barriers. No blocking software no exclusion no access to money safeguards. All 5 min jobs to help you abstain. Stop wishing that things were different & make them happen

You probably don't need a lecture when you are feeling bad but maybe try and think how you will do things differently from now on. As we all find out, good intentions aren't enough - we have to do things we find painful and its hard to take but total necessary.

It's tough on one hand but on the other it gives you a chance to reflect on everything. When I stopped I felt like a walking corpse for about 2 weeks. It's the hardest part but it's the worst part too (at least I think it is) so if you can get through it, then you have foundations to build on.
