Linz try not to beat yourself up and use this as a platform to help you and your recovery. My loss helped me as I'm sick of giving them sh**s my money.

If you can remember that if you win you will put it back on and feel depressed when it's gone and if you lose you will be depressed! Both roads lead the same way so that's why it's pointless any of us on here spending £1 on gambling ever again.

Just read this thread and I see a lot of positivity. It’s unfortunate that you relapsed Lizimc but don’t be too harsh on yourself you quite possibly could do so again in the future it’s an addiction after all and not always a choice for us. The main thing is you came back here for more advice and help and this site is full of that. Keep going one day at a time that’s all we can do and when we slip up learn from it and put blocks in place.

Jay you have got through 7 days gamble free and i don’t know you but I’m a gambler and I know what effort that takes so well done you.

Just beware this industry is relentless and they will try and take every last penny from you so every single day make the choice to not gamble. It’s the only way to a happy life people.
