I am really struggling

You are not alone. I haven't gambled for two weeks and that's down to signing back up to Gamstop and a really strong desire to stop this destructive cycle.

For me it's all or nothing. I have terrible self control where gambling is concerned so it's far easier to not do it at all than think I can just do it a little bit and be okay. That took me a long time to realise.

I have been finding things to replace the time spent gambling and that has made me realise how much time I've wasted, not just money! 

Keep sharing your journey and read others journeys, especially the success stories. It is possible to escape this. One day at a time.
