Hi there.
I am new to this site and not sure where to start, well I have a gambling addiction and have lost far too much money.
It's time to get my life back on track before I lose everything.
Just really looking for some advice to help me start my recovery.

Thanks.

Hi

Well you have made the first step in the right direction by registering here. All of us here have gambling issues so you will get lots of support here.

I am only 1 day into my recovery having relapsed but I think for me accepting that the debt I'm in is now mine to clear and I will not win it back has helped me face up to things and move on.

Self exclusion from all websites has also really helped,

One step at a time, you can do this.

Thanks for the advice.
Saffie good luck to you and stay strong,
I think that seems to be the difficult bit, accepting what I have done to be able to move on and beat this.
