Ive been on or off gambling for 20 years. Its kicked in again. So im back to square 1. I know what to do and how to do it. So why am i always back to square 1 . So here i go again try to beat this again
You beat it once before, you felt the benefits of giving in, you know the reasons why you gave it up 20 years ago, this time you may have more to lose and really less to gain, it's not worth the risk, don't do it. We all know there is no quick fix and there isn't a way we can make our losses back, it's not the solution, we can't beat our gambling losses by gambling more.Â
I think its great that you have acknowldged it and are going to stop once again.Â
