Hi All. I came to the decision today that finally "I had time" to register and stop this rollercoaster ride that I have rode for years.
I must say I joined today due to the fact I felt the time spent on the sites was rampaign up. Enjoyment had left and although like most of you that are on here will have no doubt had happen even when I won (sometimes a lot) I'd lieterally carry on, increasing the stake and end up losing it all and more.
I have come to this place and a forum as I am now totally confused as to how I will get throught he next few weeks/months and equally relieved that I now can't even if I want to jump on a site and risk both my money and my emotional well being when I ultimately lose
For me it doesn't matter if it's slots, roulette stocks and shares or even cards with family for penny stakes I just need to stop as it always creeps back in.

Its really positive that you’ve identified that you are no longer enjoying gambling and that regardless of whether you win or lose you continue to gamble. It does sound like a really good time for you to stop and we are here to support you to do so.
