Felt lucky at the weekend so I had a spin on the slots.
Things never go to plan when we want them to, I thought yeah I’m going to have a nice win and treat myself as I haven’t in a while why do these thoughts come in to my head it just takes over just constantly. Trying to win back money that’s lost whether it’s mine or someone else’s money it’s a never ending cycle.
I could count on my hand the amount I’ve times I’ve won solidly whilst gambling, but still we choose to do it even though we know we are going to lose its like the devil is in your ear nagging you to gamble.
It gets me down so bad I’ve been thinking about it all week and it doesn’t seem to be getting better I can’t snap out of this depressed mood that I get after losing money.
I’ve had enough!!
Does anybody know of any schemes that ban/block you from all bookies/gambling sites that you signed up to? there’s probably close to 100 that I’m signed up to

Hello, there’s something called gamstop that should be launching this spring where you sign up to it and it means you won’t be able to gamble on any online gambling sites.

k9 software. Get a friend to admin password it so you don't get tempted to bypas the control by being admin and entering the password to lift the block on gambling.
