Hi Marc, you have come to the right place. Even just the stories here makes you realise how horrible and addiction this is. With alcohol or drugs there is a physical detriment there but with this is all mental and drains you both emotionally and not least financially. We have all come here in similarish circumstances and want to get rid of this from our lives for good. Best of luck mate

Well it took me charges to finally realise that I need to stop gambling, so don't let it go that far. Definitely try and get debt clear, speak to family, restrict access to money, whatever it takes.

I know the feeling, I have only joined this today and the gambling is causing so many issues for me and it makes it all the more difficult when the people around you have no idea the situation you are in. I hope this helps you and me, having an addiction to anything is bad but this for me is horrible it stops you being able to go on holidays, treat yourself to things when you work. I get paid monthly but the wages dont last so long and then I struggle the rest of the month.
