Just installed anti gambling software into my computer and Im ready to quit , just spent my last 50 quid on the online slots so will be borrowing til payday again !,disgusting behaviour when you have 2 kids and your husband works like a dog ! I started on the gentler bingo sites then discovered side games and then vegas sites ! Im in debt up to my neck my life feels completely out of control and I am as miserable as sin ! any support would mean so much xx

Some of our forum users have described additional ways they try to limit their freedom to gamble online, by arranging their finances in ways that slow down how quickly they can access their money, or limiting their ability to spend money online. You might read forum posts here where members talk about changing their bank account to remove the facility to spend online, instead using a basic cash card that allows you to withdraw cash on the high street.

You at least have the compassion to think of your husband and kids when reflecting on the losses you have encountered. The key now is to focus that same compassion when you feel the urge to gamble and channel that compassion when fighting down debt. I am hoping for your success.
