Just wanted to quickly say thank you All for the advice and support since I came back here 13days ago after being absent for over two years.
I know it’s only 13days since I last gambled but I can report that I am feeling a lot better. Thanks to everyone for sharing their stories as well, it’s really keeping me going. I have Counselling session booked for upper week as well. Makes such a big difference when you are and aren’t gambling.
