Another busy day.....went to gym.....played tennis....went to gym again.....ate well......lots of protein.....sneaked in a bit of ice cream as a saturday night treat.... weighed myself and am exactly 89 kgs today..... so down a bit.....and that was after dinner so at my heaviest.....

The big question im asking myself is how long can i keep this up.......walking is a long term achievable goal... just got to make sure i dont overdo it...... my legs are pretty tired.....but think ill have another big day of activity tomo then work monday and a night off ...... either that or a night off tomo.... will see how i feel.

Really want to achieve this goal of not having a belly and being properly physically fit.....

Night

Another healthy day...... woke up ate porridge (as per usual for breaky) went to gym, played table tennis with mum and dad, went to gym, went to health suite, had a swim, jakuzi, walked around town and bought some pictures, had dinner (480 calories), tidied flat, had one slice of cheese on toast (prob 300 calories?)

Burnt off 1000 calories a great amount and ate about 1200 calories...... great calorie defecit for another healthy day.....

On to next week......

Already walked 16 miles for the first two days of this week....... need an average 7 per day to come in at the fifty mile target so going great...... and up 4 miles on previous week.

weighed myself this morning and it was under 89...... so thats great.

Just weighed myself this eve and at heaviest part of the day im 88.50kg...... so still improving slowly..... but slowly best way.

Today i ate porridge......went to work.....ate beans on toast for lunch...... no snacks......Spoke to someone at work who used to be a personal trainer......So went to sainsburys after work and bought some salad, red pepper, cucumber, eggs, watermelon (for snacks) and some jacket potatoes...

Cooked an amazing spanish ommlette with salad.....then went for another walk and went to gym and health suite.........then back home to relax.

Im tthinking..... Ommlettes, jacket potatoes, salads, chicken, fruit rice, and mash, porridge, weetabix. steak, along with a few pies, pizzas when feeling need to indulge...... plus ice cream on a saturday......

Everything going great.
