Just a quick message to say that's me off the gambling 1 year today and I couldn't be more proud. I might not message here much but I just want to thank Gamcare and all of you's for helping me on my journey.

I hope to reach a year clean this time. I've done 6 months clean twice after 18 years of gambling.
Excellent news mate.
I'm coming up for my first month off gambling now and I am feeling excellent in comparison to the state I was in 4 weeks ago.
