Hi,

This is my third post now and just wanted to say I have overcome my first month gamble free. I would never recommend for anyone to try and tackle the addiction the way I am doing with just will power and only sharing my problem with you lot on here, but so far so good. I know it's a long journey but my thoughts are that if I am to tackle this addiction then I must seek within. An alcoholic can't bar them self from access to drink and a drug addict can bar them self from a drug dealer. So if I am to put things in place I know I will work my way around them if I wanting to gamble.

I am eating much healthier and excercising and trying to make more use of my spare time.

Onwards and upwards. Taking my life back to what I want it to be.
