Have you got any protections in place to make it harder to gamble?

You could ask Gamcare for some counselling?

Hello All

I have been gambling for 21 months now, most if not all of those months chasing after my losses. It has been a really frustrating experience as the losses have kept piling up. I have been struggling against the urge to chase sometimes succeeding sometimes failing but what has not changed is an increase in losses. Looking back I find it difficult to believe I did this as I always disliked gambling before and viewed casinos as places of ruin. My addiction is the roulette. The losses have been huge and I know that continuing gambling will ruin me. Yet I find it very hard to come to terms with my losses and keep going back only to lose more. It is time I stop it completely and abstain forever. I have given my cards to my wife and have decided to live on a daily allowance putting as many blocks as possible. This once again my Day 1. I wish strength to all.

Cheers
