Hi all,
Please see below the latest days count. Huge congratulations to the milestoners, Happy Days (700), Delboygolf (600) and MrStop (300). Huge inspirational totals.
Welcome to annie67 - please, please continue to check in and keep us all updated as to your progress.
Personally, have had a relatively quiet week but with no thoughts of gambling - long may it continue. Can see my first ever full calendar year of non-gambling on the horizon but am keeping my recovery in the present.
Thoughts are with everyone affected by the tragedies in Paris.

Day 613. I still get urges but I deal with them. Attend counselling. Attend meetings and post on here as often as I can.

Hi everyone...Just so you know, I have just phoned GC & the call handler is going to speak to the moderator now! Hopefully these 3 posters will be out of our hair very soon!
Congrats to those hitting personal milestones. Thank you Gary for our weekly update and keeping the challenge going. Checking in on 186 days, new job is keeping me busy and I'm thankful for what I have. Managing to stay gamble free and rarely thinking about gambling now, but as ever I'll keep my wits about me for a relapse is always possible.
Thanks ODAAT for calling up and sorting out the people who were posting nonsense on this challenge.
Have a good week Everyone.
Checking in on Day 12. Thanks Gary for updating the list and very nice to see people building gamble free days upwards.
Take care everyone,
Ergos
Oh dear
was invited to races so after a couple of drinks gambled spent £30 and lost
I'm sure it's a minor blip bit difficult to go racing without a bet so I have lapsed although i have lost hundreds before
won't do it again in a hurry but just goes to show it's lurking there
so it's back to day one again and thanks to this site I have owned up
jim
ps should have gone to football and I have friends who lent me the money !!!
Day 2. No gambling - no money at hand.
Day 218 for me
Best wishes
