Can I join this? Had a relapse yesterday so starting again today . I need all the help I can get

I checked in on Friday I was offshore a think it didn’t post NEIL C with signal coming and going just checked you list not there..

Checking in for last week still gambling free

My first day of no gambling was Tuesday 24th, I didn't gamble that day... am I wrong in thinking I'm on day 7?

It would have been day 7 on the monday, but the day count is from the end of the day on Sunday, and i update the dates on Monday mornings 🙂
