I have gambled and lost over 150,000 in the last six months.
it was all my savings from years of work and I am left broke and not able to pay my mortgage or anything for my kids.
I really and truly hate myself. I am a compulsive gambler for 10 years and just want this all to end.
I question how I will ever get better as I despise myself.
