I don't want to sound harsh either but I don't understand why your complaining ?

It's a business at the end of the day and I don't believe any business in there right mind would turn away your cash when there's a profit to be made , had you deposited all that money and made a huge profit you wouldn't be complaining would you ?

You gambled and as most of who end up here have done you lost , it's trying to close ths stable door after the horse has bolted ( excuse the pun ) ! .

I wish you well my friend but I think just put it down to experience ?.

I am not saying your wrong Alan, quite the contray. Your right, it is a business. I am just questioning the principals of an industry that describes it self as adhering to responsible gambling. And from a regulatory stand point, why there is none that could protect the problem gambler. If I could just stop, we would not be here. Just like how an alcoholic has had to much is not allowed to be served anymore, why does that not apply to someone depositing obscene amounts of money in a space of hours.

When I went into a real casino on the ground, they refused to allow me to withdraw more than 4k out of my debit card unless I showed them proof of income etc...I was told they had to from a regulatory perspective, so why cant online casino's who are licensed by the uk gambling commision do the same?

"The Principles of the Gambling industry " Now there's a can of worm's ? .

I also get where your coming from and maybe they get around it by trading from overseas ? , I'm not that understanding of online betting companies as I would alway's throw my cash away the old fasioned way " Face to face " .

The thing that causes me most concern is that you seem quite fixated and angry on such topics , which in my humble opinion just distracts you from the job in hand " Recovery " .

I just think that you have to get to a point and stop questioning such things , if youv'e stopped gambling and your not considering going back to gambling then how can that help you leave it all behind and move on ? .

Iv'e questioned many what I would call unjust or unfair situations during my nearly 40 yeargambling carreer but in the nearly 2 years gamble free time I've been here , I let it all go as it has no relevance in my life nor my future , what's done is done !

I wish you well PG :))
