I attempted to give up the gambling last year, went really well for about 2 months and I caved in one day, low and behold another year has gone by with my saving still deserted. I've only ever tried to quit once and was so annoyed with myself that I caved in that I haven't been keen to start again. It's my 30th birthday in about 9 weeks and if I can stay off I can be debt free by then. I know being back to £0 at 30 isn't the best place to be but I have just had a pay rise at work and can get some good money saved up relatively quickly if I knock it on the head... HERE GOES!
Good luck Argie,
you can do this mate. If someone offered me £0 in 9 weeks I'd absolutely snap their hand off. Just take it one day at a time
