hi, i use ' TXNogam ' (if you google it you will find it), cheaper than the others £20 & seems pretty much bug free, you can try it for free for 28 days, important to buy the full version before the 28 days are up so don't have access to gambling sites again. Google are said to be working on a blocker, whether it'll be released or not is another matter.

Other steps : cancel credit cards & overdrafts - at least temporarily - you can always report your credit cards lost / stolen & cut the replacements in two & throw them out when the new ones arrive, then when you're more stable (give it at least 3 months) carefully consider getting replacements again.

If you withdraw surplus funds in cash from your bank accounts leaving just enough to cover direct debits (or pay the DD's early) , having cancelled your overdraft, then no funds in bank ac's = no ability to use debit cards to gamble. all the best.

I'm using TXNogam would definitely recommend it. If your using the 28 day trial make sure you get the full version before it ends. Likewise, when you install it make sure you choose the option which wont permit you to uninstall it once it has been installed. Good luck
