Standard for me and I'm sure many others here. Best thing to do is give up control of your money. Change your debit card to a cash card, set restrictions at every possible turn. It's not guaranteed to work but it should lower the number of trigger points.

Try to call everywhere you should pay the bill and ask them to give you time to pay. However, will your salary be enough to cover two months bills? I gambled when I got paid too, three bills not paid yet but I can afford to pay all next month plus next month’s bills.Its the first time I have done that and felt very devastated, the reason I logged in here today too. Yesterday, I did self exclusion from all the sites that I played except one that I have withdrawal coming, after that I will close that too.Next step is to stop using debit card
