can FOBT be banned/ reduced per bookie?

Hi All,

There have been many stories on the FOBT in bookies about the number being banned or reduced. I have done some research and there seems to have been some minor changes. However is there an official body that is trying to get these devices reduced or banned (at least only available in casino premises)?

Stop the fobt are a pressure group who petition government & bookmakers over this issue. Some very scary/good info on their website
