Hi Mate.
I'm an Ex gambler who used to suffer fairly badly from compulsive gambling, and Have recently Relapsed today (£90, 1st time Gambling in over 2 years! Fortunately not A Massive amount but Still dissapointed in myself all the same).
I promise you it gets better mate. Keep at it. Remove all the sources of gambling and stay strong and you can do it.
Can someone else be in charge of your finances? I sure wish I would have turned them over to my kids’ mom/former wife. Please reach out to someone you trust to help you. Like my Dad used to tell me….”It’s OK to have a problem. You just need to go about solving it. I’ve read a lot of great advice above, too. The first step in solving the problem is admitting you have one. No place but up to go from here. Get a day under your belt. If I can do it you can do it! At age 50 I found out there was a mental health issue at the root of it all. Don’t be afraid to talk to your physician about it, too. I had NO IDEA that might be the place to start.

Bro I’m in the same position, this month I’ve spent £2000 on gambling and finally going to make a change with it aswell, we can do this togther
theres an old saying that goes "talk is cheap"
you want to beat a gambling addiction its going to take blood sweat and tears
there is no "help" you have to accept that YOU are the problem nothing else
Affected by gambling?
