This is not the first time I've posted on here, keep having relapses, this time the amount I'm gambling isn't as much but it's not the point.
I don't have control over my money anymore but the little I do have control of just gets blown everytime, hate myself for doing it and always wonder, not looking for sympathy, just need some advice on techniques how to completely stop all together, I've tried everything.

I am wondering if you have ever considered counselling, our advisers can also refer you for counselling?
