H iall, hope you guys are bearing up , i had the week from hell and need all you guys support and unity as non CG ,s just don,t understand why you would lose such a irrational amount of money , i lost all my rent money on pay day in high street bookies and as i been severly arguing with my gf prior to this , non gambling related i thought this is defo over now , i have a 1 year girl at home a nice flat in city center why oh why would of lose all my money within a hour on a FOTB thats not right , im sick and had dark thoughts of not even making it home , going under a big double decker by accident ??? i hate the illness , blocks were not there , complancency defo was and the outcome envitable
help me community , going start my own thread to im in a very sore and scary place
If you genuinely want to stop & you're not just here because you've lost a few quid, get the blocks in place. Karl
7 years ago I had one to one counselling...... It was brilliant and did the trick
7 years on and I've gone back to the demon and slipped into the head spinning deceitful lonely world again.
Oddly enough I've been back at it a good 8 months and I've just woke up and realised recently such was my denial again.
Over the 7 years my pain has gone and I forgot I was ILL.............CG is an illness not in everyone, it is an illness mate, your ill.
keep your chin up and wade through the fog and like me I'm hoping I will see clarity again.
It's tough it's depressing it's a drug that is difficult to kick.
