As a few may no after 50 days I started gambling again nothing to major but I've been stupid I've been so down in myself but I'm taking the positives I've stopped before and I can do again so here we go again

I have had many relapses over the last 7 years. Each relapse proved that my problem was escalating . You have to pick yourself up , dust yourself down and find the strength to carry on. You know you can do it ! Keep the faith and today is a new start 🙂

I wondered where you were. We started this journey at the same time and lapses can happen to any of us at any time.
The number of days in recovery are not as important as the fact that you found the strength to come back here and start again. It is not the lapse that defines you it is how you handle it.
