iit is Saturday and day 3 of no gambling, I am finding it very difficult today. This the day I would probably go online and play the slots for hours. I am lucky I earn a good salary so have not got in debt, but, have no savings, my husband keeps saying I don't know what you do with all your money. He would be horrified if he knew. Very big well done on 3 days!! And another well done for usually going on slots but coming here instead...that already shows your breaking the habits you had!! Have you thought about telling your fella about the gambling? Probably seems like a crazy idea, but at least then you have no secrets to worry about and instead have someone by your side to talk too and help you get by...its one less thing to worry about and I find stress to be one of my triggers...just an idea for you to consider 🙂
