Thing is, it's a work laptop and no software can be installed on it.

The important thing is dont leave it up in a no mans land of decision. Please make a start contacting the main ones you have been using and self exclude.

You can do things like reordering a bank card and making sure a family member removes the security number before you see it

Im afraid that really you need to be blocked on that laptop or even mention it at work if you can. Its very serious and blocks do bring it to a halt.

Its vital that you start doing this from every site you can think of. I dont think there is a handy one stop solution for self excluding online.

As Gamcare say your gadget MUST really be blocked with good software that you dont know the password to...then you cant act on any thoughts and believe me you will be glad of that.

We cant control ourselves so you must bring it to a stop now. Start self excluding tonight!
