Had a few months off and relapsed again... well got to start the process all over again. I had Gamban installed on my laptop and phone (not iphone) both were very simple to gamble on with the software installed. Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience?
My relapse was the first opportunity I had to test Gamban and as great as it seemed to be I'm a bit disappointed. I only havea 3 month code so don't think I'll both with the full year. I'm not going to reveal how I did it as I appreciate the efforts they are going to help others. I will share my findings with Gamban and hopefully in doing so they can sure up the software to stop it happening.
Relationship break down caused me to feel like gambling was the best option, after a month or so I feel I'm ready to stop again. Ultimately it's got to be down to will power and dealing with my own triggers. I know this isn't may not work for most but what choice to I have!
3k in the hole but was 54k down when I first tried to stop. Paid all that off and working more hours now so I can deal with that debt providing I stick to my plans.
Don't let this put you off Gamban, it's only £10 for the year. So if it works for you then thats a bargain!!
