Hey all hope you are all well.
So just to give you a quick update on how things are going.
I have had a few small gambling slip ups, nothing major just the odd £10, so I am awfully happy with that because as you know when I normally gambled it was huge amount.
It has been about 2 months gamble free now, and I have to say in that time I have had 2 paydays not once have I been tempted, this I feel is down to the fact that I have been studying for my final exams.
So basically I have now got in to my next academic year, have stopped smoking 10 weeks now, I have not cut in over 5 months.
So all is good, also this academic year is all about quantum physics so very excited about that.
I am so proud of how far I have come because early this year was so so dark for me, gambling urges consumed me as did the urge to cut.
