Hello tonight I decided I had enough my gambling is wayyyy out of hand like everyone I believed I could get Rich overnight with this just the thoughts of hitting big because I did it in the past now I’m chasing a feeling I know realistically I will never receive over the years I gambled socially now I’m gambling all day everyday literally backed up on bills neglecting day to day life responsibilities all I think about is gambling tonight I blocked all my apps for 30 days in hopes of kicking this bad habit I kno it will b hard I need help with getting back to doing normal stuff with out thinking about gambling

Hi ,well done for blocking things for 30 days, but, word of warning, I used to do this thinking I would be ok but only found myself counting the days until I could gamble again. Then I would lose a load more and block again for 30 days. It's either all or nothing with this addiction and you need to be brave and do what forum admin advises and sign up for the max of 5 years which I eventually did and get your bank to put a block on gambling transactions as well.
