I want to quit, I want to give up on this absolute stupidity I've dropped face first into.
I literally don't have any other addictions, gambling is the only addiction I have, I've never smoked, I've never drank.
This is the ONLY addiction I can't seem to pass by mentally, to look in disgust at, for so many years I had ZERO interest, then when I started it gripped me and it got out of control fast.
I'm 27, struggling to find my next job and on the brink of going down a deeper hole that I don't want to go in.
I self excluded using Gamban on all websites.
I don't know what to do.
Mate 5 years is a massive achievement i am on 3 years for the second time same issue never got addicted to drugs drink even smoking i manage to quit i realised as an addict their are too many avenue anything involving finanical gain or loss is a dangerous for me i never gambled online i realised the damage casino bookies have caused me i never did stocks shares crypto and now that i have spent time in recovery i am seeing alot more of people swapping one addiction to anotherÂ

@tazman Did you manage to find another interest that made you forgot about all of it? I had one for years which I was making money from, which had no gambling involved in any manner.
Ran my own business and such based on that interest but the market for it sadly died.
No mate i found new hobbies and interests and i am a regular on this site the debt was huge factor has i was use to lossing most of wages i never took loans out to gamble i didnt think i was capable of doing this and that when i realised i needed drastic changes needed to made and even after all this time i still have had the odd urgue some people live a normal life for many years only to fall back into it can easily happen an addict is never immunie couple of months ago someone came on here in their 80s never gambled in their life and fell into the trapÂ

As you probably know Gamban will block everything on all devices. Gamstop is self exclusion but won't cover anything not registered here like Crypto casinos. Not surprisingly it was probably invented for that reasonÂ
