I lost last month £300 in five days just by online gambling. Before I lost on roulette.

Also back in Jan I gave £300 to someone who said they knew correct results and after handing in £300, they then said the real price is £500 to get tips.

That's basically 1/5 of my monthly wage(£300 lost), literally one weeks worth of work.

I am seeing two counsellors for different problem, I have proof of this, as I was thinking of submitting the proof to obtain/recover loss money back from mental health. I've got proof.

However what can I do and there is new gambling legislation coming in, compulsory affordability checks? I read this in 2022, i read the lowest threshold is a net less of £100 the likely lowest from figure.

How does one pass and fail the affordability checks? The website asks for a payslip?

I suffer sometimes from depression. I guess it's money worries too.

1) How does one pass and fail the affordability checks? The website asks for a payslip after then net loss of £125 pm? And then website will only allow me to continue at a certain percentage left from my wage?

Thanks
