Checking in 3 weeks i think not counting days but maybe it's 23 not in a good place mood wise but hanging in there gf just fed up worrying about money all the time, will be in debt for rest of my life as 58 now and will take many years to clear debt , no job at the moment so pretty much a depressing situation to be in , after 30 years what do I expect its my own fault , in trying to do free things , volunteering , and gardening , just wish my mood would improve .........pink

I haven't been here for a while... Since I was last gone I had a death in the family which was a huge trigger as it was the best distraction possible. However, somehow I managed to get myself together and have got back on track. Now with GamStop and a new mobile version of Gamban - along with improving other parts of my life (given up smoking, working on losing weight, taking on more activities in the evening and weekends), I am 37 days gambling free.

Good evening all. I'm not feeling too well tonight so will delay my mini-catch-up till tomorrow. (Acute tiredness; seeing my doctor about blood test results midweek so all in hand 🙂 )
I've not touched alcohol for 10 days so onwards and upwards ...!

Checking in on day 28 gambling free.
made it through pay day without gambling, loads of urges, but had a good weekend, spent a little bit of money on some new clothes and actually treated my girlfriend to lunch today.
still a long way to go, but today I didn’t gamble and I haven’t gambled for the past 27 days.
