Hi, I'm a 22 year old student and today I lost all of my student loan that I had on Friday (£2,100) and now I am completely screwed.
It is all because of online slots, and now I'll be behind on all of my bills. I am aware this is entirely my own fault but I would like some advice on quitting, I have a web filter already but I'd like to hear some success stories.

I'm 30 and i've experienced a rolla coster life style. Forget about the money. Keep a promise to yourself that you won't do it again! I'm a month clean and feel so much less of an April Fool. Give it up & get addicted to something cool.
Its very hard to give up hence so many people have been on this site for so long. Get professional help such as counselling and give up access to all but the most basic of cash.
Sounds like you re at the early stages so you must take this very very seriously to prevent it escalting.
Admit to as many friends as possible. Find others with same problems or a GA meeting nearby. Come to the Gamcare chatrooms you get better advice there 🙂
