im struggling CG who loves footy , machines , and sports betting , online or in shop but have put my hands up thism onth to it being a BIG problem that could affect my life , sunday 6th dec not a single bet , only 1 day tho , 1 and half including today but feeling positive
Great. Don't knock that day and a half. Each day adds up and eventually makes weeks, months and years. Gambling addiction is something to take one day at a time. Get through 1 day gamble free and be proud of it. Then do it again 🙂
