Has anyone any experience of this? It is available in health food shops and is supposed to act on the limbic system in order to reduce the pleasure/ anticipation response you get from gambling. I'm not a doctor and can't advise anyone to take it, but I have read about its use in other problems on PubMed. I think it's like an amino acid or related molecule.

Here's the article. There's a link to the whole thing for free. It says a lot of good stuff about NAC and gambling.
