Sam301s just hit the nail on the head. CGs never win its just a massive illusion. If youd won instead of losing £200 you would simply have continued gambling convincing yourself ITS MY LUCKY DAY. We simply cant stop.If youd lost and had more money to chase your losses things would be even worse.Thats how addiction controlls us. Gamstop, self exclusion are all neccessary but also accepting 2 things in life.
1 You are no longer in control of this addiction.
2 You are NEVER going to win back what youve lost.
