Hi Rainman,

Well done for returning to the forum for support.

I can see that you have also started a diary on the Recovery Diaries section of the forum. You may also want to visit our chatrooms where you can chat to other members of the forum in realtime you can find the times of when the chatrooms run and the link on how to join under the Welcome to the GamCare Forum area of the forum.

I wonder if you are using any support locally, some people find attending Gamblers Anonymous meetings helpful; if you'd like to find out more about Gamblers Anonymous, here is a link to their website which allows you to search for local meetings: http://www.gamblersanonymous.org.uk/index.php/meetings

GamCare provides free 1-2-1 counselling appointments in many parts of Britain, if you'd like to find out more about that kind of help, you can call an adviser on the freephone 0808 8020 133 or the Netline, anytime between 8am and midnight.

Best wishes

Forum Admin.
