im currently in the process of beating this horrible addiction. Although I'm in a blind panic and I'm unsure of what to do.
im in my overdraft on my bank and can't spend anymore so I'm broke until payday the end of the month and I've got a hefty lump of loans to pay of once I've been payed so I'm going to be the same next month.
I've contacted my bank and requested they block all transactions to the gambling sites I'd use but doesn't resolve the situation I'm in now
Any advice would be appreciated

Hi there, sorry to hear your position. The best advice I had was to call the bank and say I had lost my purse.
When they send you a new card get someone to scratch off the 3 numbers on the back. You will not be
able to gamble online end of. No way around this. You can still use your card in shops etc but nothing
online. Do this asap so that you can get into a position where you can not fail.
Hope you get through these next 2 months of payments. After you can treat your friends to a meal
as you will have money instead of giving it to gambling sites.
