What an excellent post and I agree 100%. I realised just how lonely, unhappy and self-loathing I was to make me start gambling and then get addicted to it. Like you say the money, in time, can be re-saved and re-earnt but unless we take time to care for ourselves and deal with the underlying problems the improvements and progress will be minimal at best.

Solitude says it all V because any addiction that involves solitude is simply not healthy, Xxxs ( but any and every addict does know that inside no matter what their addiction is) because once addicted for real we know we are ????? and I can't answer that one, (not yet, she says positively) xxxx
