Hi All,

I've just joined and am sure this has been done before (apologies if so) but would love some ideas on tips to stop gambling. My main issue is the online slots that I just cant seem to get away from no matter how many I self exclude.

I think the main factor is boredom - so would love some tips to focus on something else. I think my tip would be exercise. Starting today, everytime I get the urge to go online and use a casino i'm going to do some sit-ups. I'm hoping by focussing on something else, this may work!

Any Others?

Sarah x

Great tip Stanton - I installed betfilter but unfortunately it cannot run to ipads which is where I do the majority of it. Tried the parental controls button yesterday but just too easy to unblock and I cant give anyone else the passcode to hold.

Betfilter is great though.

Doesn't sound extreme at all Half life

Certainly something i'd consider if i were buying another ipad / computer / phone and i had a gambling addiction

Only problem is I also use the ipad for work related things and I also have an iphone which is a company phone. Sounds like just excuses when I say it out loud though. Going to look into getting rid of both - it's the only way 🙁

Situps are good, planks are also good, pushups, plus a variety of 'core' exercises you can find online.
