Don't even know where to begin if I'm honest, I have been here before but every time started again. I've just been looking through bank statements and I've spent £980 this month on gambling. Feel like a massive failure that would of been Christmas sorted. Why can I not stop. I must stop now it is ruining my life 🙁

It sounds like you are struggling to understand why you are gambling again and it sounds particularly stressful with it being so near Christmas. It must be difficult to think you can't stop and many people stuggle with stopping on their own but there is help available .There are advisors you can speak to on our freephone number 0808 80 20 133 - we are open 8am to midnight.
