Hi all,

Back again after yet another relapse. Have gambled on and off for the last 6 weeks.

I'm 7 days clean at the minute and am going to give it another go.

1st time on the site since last relapse so will hopefully catch up with everyone who supported me last time.

Keep strong

Russ

Hi Russ,

Well done on making it back here, a relapse is nothing to be ashamed of, even if we fail 99 times and succeed on the 100th that is success.

Have you managed to identify the cause of the relapse?

Will stay in touch matey - always fighting the same fight.

stay strong, much love

Hi b,

Great to hear from you. I looked at your diary yesterday and feared that you'd gone the same way as me, delighted to hear that you haven't.

Have ordered another money pot today so will start filling it up next week!

Speak soon, stay strong

Russ

I had a savings pot last time, that I put £10 a day into. I'm going to have another go this time.

I think that the demons will always be waiting under the surface, it's up to us to keep them at bay.

Have a good weekend,

Russ

13 days.

Had a great weekend on a football tournament.

Not even thought about gambling since the last time, not that that means much going on past experience.

How can I feel like this one day, and the next I am climbing walls to have a bet.

Strange thing the human brain!

Stay strong

Russ

Cheers b

Absolutely skint at the minute so no thoughts of gambling. I know that the next urge is just around the corner though.

Day 19.

Still no urges due to the financial position I've left myself in. Hopefully by the time that I've got any money to think about gambling I'll have forgotten that I've got an addiction to it!!!!

Anyway onwards and sidewards
