Hi Guys
Another pound in my jar, another gamble free day, that is 22 coins that I now have.
December the 30th will give me £50 in one pound coins but what I would have gained other then £50 is far more important. Got to keep going as it would be a great spring board to start the new year.
Not gambling is getting slightly easier but CANNOT get too complacent as it is VERY early days yet.

Well today is the first day of a gambling free life, got myself a jar and started putting in a pound coin for everyday I stay gamble free.
Must learn my lesson though, firstly, never get complacent and secondly, no matter how much I get tempted don't even think a small go on the FOBT's is harmless. It's not, they suck you in, leave you in debt and just smile back at you and say 'come on, next time you will win I promise'.
Gambling makes you lose all self respect and not do you hurt yourself but all those around you. I must stop this madness.
Day 25 today - WOW! When you have a jar with 25 coins, it don't half look like a lot!

Hi Paul,
Great going 25 days, and 25 coins saved, and 25 won.
Well done,
Suzanne xx
26 was my number on the FOBT roulette - not any more, it's 26 days gamble free today!
Hi Paul,
and 26 coins now saved, brilliant idea and well done,
Stay strong and keep going.

Day 30 today - a nice round number.
Another day and another day of winning at gambling - by NOT gambling.
The amount of times I have said "32 by £5, £10 split on 32 and 33, £10 straight on 32".
NO LONGER - it is 32 in another way, 32 days of NOT GAMBLING!
Paul
Hi Paul,
Well done on 32 days of no gambling and therefore winning.

Hi guys
It's always nice to share old gambling stories and I thought of one what happend to me in the past last night.
I remember going out of the house with £300 and playing the FOBT's, in a space of 6 hours I got that up to £1800. Happy, I walked out and started walking around town, I got hungry (after 6 hours fixated to the FOBT's) and saw a Subway sandwich shop. In the window a sign saying 'Foot long and drink £5.20', I thought and thought about buying one but didn't.
The reason for me bringing this story up is that this is what gambling does to you, out of £1800 I could not spare £5.20 on myself because I wanted to spend that money on gambling. Subsequently I lost all the £1800 and some in the next few days.
Paul
Hi Psul,
Thanks for your message and thanks for sharing one of your stories, which I and many others can relate to on here, what utter madness we were in, but not any more, you are doing great, 33 days clocked, keep putting those coins in your jar, and keep winning.
Have a great gambling free day
Suzanne xx
36 days guys and going strong, thanks for all your support.
